Laura Junka

University of East London

Laura Junka is a doctoral candidate at the School of Social Sciences, Media, and Cultural Studies at the University of East London. Her work examines the intersections between postcolonial theory and the politics of intifada al-Aqsa. She is also a practicing photographer and has exhibited her work on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in several international exhibitions. Her recent work Camping in Gaza: The Hoping Subject is forthcoming.
