Paul Frosh

Paul Frosh is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Communication and Journalism at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research and publications focus on consumer culture, cultural production, photography theory, nationhood, and the mass media. He is the author of The Image Factory: Consumer Culture, Photography, and the Visual Content Industry (2003) and co-editor, with Amit Pinchevski, of Media Witnessing: Testimony in the Age of Mass Communication (2009). The Poetics of Media: Imagination and Communication is forthcoming from Polity Press.
