Richard Ashby Wilson is a reader in social anthropology at the University of Sussex. He is the author of The Politics of Truth and Reconciliation in South Africa (2001), editor (with Jane Cowan and Marie-Benedicte Dembour) of Culture and Rights (2001), and editor (with Jonathan Mitchell) of Human Rights in Global Perspective (2003).
