Shruti Kapila

Shruti Kapila lectures at the Faculty of History and is a Fellow and Director of Studies in History at Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge. She recently co-edited and contributed to the special issue “Bhagavad Gita and Modern Thought,” Modern Intellectual History (August 2010), and is the editor of An Intellectual History for India (Cambridge University Press, 2010). Her forthcoming publications include Governments of the Mind: Remaking the Self in Colonial India.
